This Privacy Policy describes how Koopy handles personal data collected via the website https://koopy.ai and the application https://app.koopy.ai. A complete version with our Data Processing Agreement (DPA) is available on request to [email protected].

Data collected
We collect only the data needed to run the service:
- Account data: name, email, organisation.
- Product data uploaded by the user: source files, images, URLs.
- Technical logs: IP, user-agent, operation timestamps — for security and diagnostics only.
Legal basis
Processing is based on contract performance (GDPR art. 6.1.b) for service data and legitimate interest (art. 6.1.f) for security logs.
Retention
Product data stays in your workspace until you delete it. Upon account closure we keep data for 30 days, then delete it permanently. Technical logs are kept for 90 days.
Third parties
Koopy uses providers for storage (Azure, EU) and AI models (Anthropic) as data processors. Full list and DPA available on request.
Your rights
Under GDPR you can access, rectify, delete or export your data from the application settings, or by writing to [email protected]. You may also contact your local Data Protection Authority.
Updates
We may update this document. Material changes will be notified by email at least 30 days in advance.
