These terms govern the use of Koopy. By signing up you accept the following in full.

Service
Koopy provides AI tools to generate e-commerce product pages. Features depend on the subscribed plan (see Pricing).
Account and responsibility
You are responsible for the confidentiality of your account credentials and for any activity through them. Notify us promptly of any unauthorised use.
Permitted use
You may not use the service to generate illegal or misleading content, violate third-party rights, or reverse-engineer the platform.
Payments and refunds
Paid plans are billed monthly or yearly based on your choice. You can cancel at any time — the deactivation takes effect at the end of the current cycle. No refunds are provided for already-billed cycles except where required by law.
Intellectual property
You own the content you upload and generate. Koopy owns the platform, prompt templates, and technical know-how.
Liability
Koopy is provided "as is". Within the limits allowed by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential damages. Maximum liability is limited to the amount paid in the prior 12 months.
Changes
We reserve the right to update these terms. Material changes will be notified by email with at least 30 days notice.
Applicable law
This agreement is governed by Italian law. Venue: Court of Milan.
